Our Suppliers

Our community is blessed by many talented folks committed to producing healthy, delicious food organically and sustainably.  It is not an easy task, requiring long hours and hard labour with none of the subsidies common in large scale farming. The Market is proud to support them by introducing their products to our customers. Much of our local produce we bring in on consignment, pre-priced by the producers.

In order to provide fresh produce year round, we stock organic fruits and vegetable from elsewhere in Ontario when it is not available locally. We also bring in some items that simply aren’t grown in Canada – like organic bananas and avocados.

So here are our vendors! They are often in the store, especially early morning during the summer, and are always happy to talk with you.
